When it comes to dieting nothing (and I do mean nothing) is fun about it. The food is horrible and exercising stinks. Not mention it makes me tired, grumpy and anxious.

The best way to do that is with a strong foundation. Your diet is the staple of weight loss. So I try to make it count in every way possible. And how do I do that? Glad you asked.

Whenever I want to lose weight I simply rely on three things- a little exercise, supplementation and my best friend “The Chicken Salad” That’s right, and here’s exactly how I do it…

  1. 15 to 20 minutes of the cardio of my choosing (daily)

  3. 3-5 chicken salads per day

Each salad consists of the following ingredients (in order of quantity)…

  • Baby spinach leaves
  • Skinless chicken breast

As for the cardio I do basically anything I want that gets my heart rate up. Jogging, bike riding, or basic exercises like jumping jacks and squat thrusts work well alone or in combination.
