Some foods are better than others when it comes to fighting the battle of the bulge. It has been shown that the food choices that we make can actually influence our waistlines. Fruits and Vegetables: We all know that we should get as much fruits and vegetables in our diet that we possibly can. Fruits and vegetables are full of antioxidants, fiber and can help boost our ability lose weight.

Tofu: A staple in any vegetarian diet, tofu can be added to many meals as a great source of protein. Try adding tofu to foods such as stir-fry and other vegetable dishes and soups.
